Aucun jour ne se ressemble ! Vos tâches seront les suivantes :
• Après un programme de formation complet, vous serez responsable de la mise enplace de nos offres d’emploi sur base d’un entretien approfondi avec les hiringmanagers.
• Sur base de cette intake meeting, vous rédigez la description du poste etrecherchez des profils appropriés (ouvriers et employés) via votre réseau departenaires, les médias sociaux et d’autres canaux de recrutement. Voscompétences en copy writing jouent ici un rôle important. Soyez toujourscréatif et innovant dans vos écrits !
• Vous effectuez une première sélection sur base des CV récoltés et menez demanière autonome des entretiens d’embauche axés sur les compétences de voscandidats.
• Une fois que vous avez trouvé le candidat idéal, vous aidez le responsable deservice quant au programme d’onboarding.
• Vous recherchez de manière proactive de nouveaux canaux de recrutement afinde rester innovant sur le marché.
• Une fois les projets de communication interne créés, vous les menez à bien deA à Z.
• Vous êtes en charge de l’élaboration des activités relatives à lacommunication interne.
• Vous veillez à une communication interne fluide entre les différentsdépartements de BM.
• En tant que owner de la page RH de l’intranet, vous mettez régulièrement àjour l’information qui y est publiée.
• Vous rédigez le contenu de la communication interne et vous la transmettezvia les bons canaux internes (email, écrans, intranet, etc.).
• Last but not least, vous contribuez au développement des outils et procéduresde communication afin d’optimaliser le flux d’information.
• Vous vous rapportez au Recruitment & Development Coordinator.

Votre profil

Vous êtes capable de travailler de manièreautonome et vous êtes confiant en vos capacités. La confiance et lacollaboration constituent un élément clé dans vos activités quotidiennes. Deplus, vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
• Min. un baccalauréat professionnalisant et une solide expérience en tant querecruteur. De plus, vous possédez de très bonnes compétences communicatives,aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Vous êtes bilingue NL/FR, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et vous avez unebonne connaissance de l’anglais. Avoir la plume facile est d’ailleurs unenécessité !
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, PowerPoint et Excel) etvous savez comment approcher votre publique cible via les médias sociaux etautres canaux.

Regional Communications Manager – External Communincations

For our European office located in Zaventem, Belgium, we are looking for a Regional Communications Manager – External Communications (m/f) – full time.

This key position will manage all day-to-day business and consumer facing media relations activity and corporate communication vehicles to strategically position NSF International and its family of companies to the news media and to other key stakeholders to support organizational goals and objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

 

·       Work effectively with members of the marketing and communications team, business and support divisions to develop and execute the regional external communications plan.

·       Plan, write, edit, review, gain approval, translate, distribute, all regional external communications and measure and report on their effectiveness.

  • Manage all aspects of regional media relations plan through the development, contact, distribution and tracking of news media relation activities.
  • Manage trade show media, client co-communication campaigns and corporate events as needed.
  • Responsible for the process of proactively contacting reporters, editors and producers for story ideas. Serves as one of NSF’s key spokespersons.
  • Responsible for prepping staff to swiftly respond to the news media for interviews.
  • Review and approval – gather input and approval on content from key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for communication metrics, results and recommendations including monthly reporting, tracking, analysis and quarterly and bi-annual summaries.
  • Gain an in depth knowledge of NSF’s broad range of services, and strong understanding of NSF’s global business goals, by region and by country, to effectively communicate that information.
  • Provide communication of successful media relations placements to employees and other key stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in regional issues management. Update the regional issue management/crisis communications plan and hold bi-annual meetings with cross functional teams to review scenarios.
  • Supervise staff as assigned and outside agencies/vendors.
  • Support corporate communication activities such as speech writing and presentations.
  • Offer counsel as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business administration, or related field with preference for a Master’s degree in business, communications, journalism or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in communications role with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in media relations
  • Experience in scientific environment.
  • Proficiency writing and speaking English and German, French or Dutch.
  • High level of business acumen, understanding and ability to transfer business strategy, goals and objectives into highly effective media and corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated expertise with media relations, corporate communications, scientific writing, and collateral material development. Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, multiple projects and deadlines and to work well under pressure.
  • Team mentality
  • Knowledge and use Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout continental Europe and internationally as needed (approx.20 %)

**Your challenge**

  • After an onboarding of 1 month in our headquarters in Belgium, during which you are trained in the business concepts of television and the functionality of our WHATS’ON broadcast management system, you get to know the basics of our solution.
  • You translate the customer’s workflow autonomously into the WHATS’ON workflow, in order to get our customers operational as quickly as possible.
  • When the standard version of WHATS’ON does not cover all requirements, you are responsible for the functional specifications of software adaptations and for the validation of the proposed solution and functionality, both for existing and new customers.
  • You will assist our customer’s key users in utilizing the key WHATS’ON workflows and integrating our solution in the optimal way. You may be on-site during the go-live period to offer additional assistance.
