Community Manager (H/F) – STIB

Description du poste

En tant que Community Manager à la STIB, vous intégrerez une équipe social media dédiée.
Cette équipe est en contact direct avec les voyageurs et fournit différentes formes de contenu pour les médias sociaux et digitaux de la STIB.

Vous n’aidez pas seulement les voyageurs en répondant à leurs questions, vous permettez l’amélioration de nos services en traitant les commentaires reçus. Grâce au contenu créé, vous informez le grand public sur tous les aspects et enjeux des transports en commun bruxellois. Vous reconnaissez les belles histoires et savez comment les raconter.

Concrètement, vos tâches seront les suivantes :

– Vous serez en contact avec nos différents groupes cibles : voyageurs, partenaires commerciaux, collègues, influenceurs, candidats… sur les réseaux sociaux. Vous répondez à leurs questions et remarques de manière qualitative et correcte. Vous priorisez les demandes urgentes et moins urgentes.
– Vous créez un réseau interne à la société qui vous permettra de répondre aux questions et générer du contenu de qualité.
– Vous gérez et postez le contenu sur les réseaux sociaux de la STIB. Vous surveillez la réputation de la STIB sur les différents canaux augmentez la visibilité de la STIB auprès de nos différents groupes cibles
– Vous vous assurez que chaque message posté est adapté à chaque plateforme.
– Vous vous assurez que la présence de la STIB sur les réseaux sociaux est cohérente avec l’identité, les valeurs, les projets et l’histoire de la société.
– Vous représentez la voix du client au sein de la STIB pour fournir des informations pertinentes et permettre l’amélioration de nos services.
– En cas de crise, vous êtes disponible et flexible.
– Vous monitorez les réseaux sociaux et contribuez aux rapports de nos différents canaux.

Profil recherché

– Baccalauréat / Master en communication, journalisme, traduction,… ou expérience équivalente.
– Bilingue FR/NL. La connaissance d’autres langues est un plus.
– Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et maîtrise des différentes techniques spécifiques à chaque réseau
– Une sensibilité à reconnaître les belles histoires de la STIB et les transformer en contenu attrayant
– Connaissances techniques du digital : réseaux sociaux, sites web, newsletters, apps…
– Connaissances approfondies des réseaux sociaux y compris les plateformes émergentes.
– Créativité, anticipation, gestion du stress, esprit d’équipe, diplomatie, flexibilité, orienté résultats, polyvalent, pragmatique, indépendant, flexible.
– Expérience dans l’un des domaines suivants est un plus : journalisme radio ou vidéo, photographie, graphisme, motion design, webdesign.
– Amoureux(se) des gifs, des emojis et du bon café.

Communication Intern (M/F) – Altran

Altran Belux is looking for a Communication Intern, with background in Communications, Events, Office Management and/or HR administration, to work on our Campus Team events. The Campus Team project involves a series of Jobs Fairs or recruitment events aimed at increasing company engagement with, and visibility in, the academic network.

For a duration of a minimum 4 months, starting from January 2017, and will involve tasks such as:

  • Writing articles/content for the Campus Team;
  • Assist in event planning and organization;
  • Reservation of event venues;
  • Support at events;
  • Support in Internal Communications (newsletters, presentations, posters);

           

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone:

  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch;

Digital Communications Coordinator – LOWeurope

Job Title: Digital Communications Coordinator

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Position: Full time (12 month renewable contract)

Location: Cambridge, UK or Brussels, Belgium

 

About the role:

We are looking for a bright, motivated individual to join our team of dynamic associates. The role will primarily involve working on a new international contract we have recently been awarded (which will involve frequent European and international travel) to execute our communications and social media strategy, as well as providing support on all aspects of our digital communications work (including other pan-European projects as well as in-house promotion).

 

Key tasks:

Media handling and monitoring

Maintaining an up-to-date database of relevant press and journalists

Communications research (sourcing content, scouring the news for the best stories to feature, securing contributors, etc.)

Social media coordination (regular posting and engagement)

Working on in-house communications (including social media, website and monthly newsletter)

 

Essential skills and experience:

Educated to degree standard

Demonstrated ability to write lively copy and communications materials

Outstanding oral and written communications skills in English (writing skills will be tested at interview)

Fluency in at least one language other than English.

First-rate digital skills and knowledge of digital and social media in a professional context

Strong familiarity with social platforms such as Twitter, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Flikr, Google Analytics.

We’re looking, for the Radionomy headquarters in Brussels, a seasoned marketer leading the global sales marketing and communication for TargetSpot, SHOUTcast and Radionomy. This experienced individual will be in charge with the promotion of our products, technology and services across the board while developing revenue generating products for the sales teams, maximizing market share and profits.

This is a key internal and outward facing role responsible for defining the value proposition, messaging and positioning of the group’s strategy to compete successfully in the market.

This individual will collaborate closely with the product development teams, initiate and support marketing activities and effectively use and conduct market research projects. We are looking for a self-starter, who can think creatively and strategically, can work collaboratively as a team player, and has strong interpersonal skills. SHOUTcast:
Development and execution of a scalable acquisition strategy to attract new publishers in using SHOUTcast and effectively convince the existing active SHOUTcast users to join our TargetSpot monetization program. You will bring new ideas and features to ensure the SHOUTcast product development.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Elaborate and implement the global marketing and communication strategy and oversee global execution
  • Oversee development of sales and marketing materials like presentations, one-sheets, PR and other marketing collateral .
  • Work closely with sales, operations and product teams to develop new compelling, creative, innovating ad products and sales programs that deliver international demand and generate revenue and profits.
  • Understand market dynamics, manage third party research sources and conduct ground breaking research projects to support marketing strategy and development of the Digital Audio Everywhere eco-system.
  • Steer campaign effectiveness studies and relationships to create sustainable growth.
  • Create and manage relationships with trade publications and generic media to market the brands and core offering.

  • The ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions

Essential skills and experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in media, digital B2B product marketing.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Adept with numbers and reporting data in effective formats, including visually.
  • Results driven –we are looking for accountable success.
  • Interpersonal skills – the ability to get on with and earn the respect of a wide variety of people at all levels of seniority
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising and monetisation.
  • Social media savvy. You know the ins and outs of social networks and forums and how to get great engagement on each channel.
  • Seasoned sales marketer and communication expert with minimum a bachelor degree or equivalent through professional experience.
