MISSION
Responsible in supporting all brand marketing projects with a focus on all communication towards all different channels/touchpoints linked to the end-consumer/shopper and be the SPOC in the Marketing Team towards the BTQ network (retail).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Brand Marketing Manager in launches of Coffee/Machines/Accessories in terms of forecast, demand planning and pre/post analyse those launches in relation with other Marketing team members.
  • Be the Brand Guidelines guardian of the correct usage of Brand Visual identity across all own captive channels – assure asides correct use of visual identity correct use of all descriptives in pos materials (coffee brochures/machine brochures/accessory brochures) aligned with the Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Manage HQ & local conceptualization retail campaigns
    • Implement the annual retail marketing communication plans based on the international & local retail communication plans & guidelines, in close collaboration with the Boutique Network Coordinator;
    • Planning, implementation & follow-up of retail marketing & communication operations and visual merchandising guidelines.
    • Organization and follow-up of (de) briefing sessions with the Boutique Network team and inform HQ on improvement points.
    • Initiate local BTQ/Channel visibility to support local launches/efforts out of the Coffee/Machine plan
  • Responsible for the follow-up of international guidelines and the development of the Visual Merchandising Expertise in the Boutique Network Belux.
  • Responsible for opening of BTQs/pop-up & renovation/relocation of existing ones. In charge of recurrent demands from HQ or from BTQ on visuals changes/updates/local seasonal projects.
  • Contribute/co-pilot the assortment & stock range of both Machines and Accessories in the BTQ network starting from analysing the performance over testing new approaches of shelf assortment and closing the loop to post-evaluate the new performance of the shelf. Optimise hence also the stocklevels of slowmovers and phase-in/phase-out help/recommendations.
  • Post-analyse the innovations/renovations both factual and with input from the different Captive channels and share the learnings across the organisation
  • Responsible for the Budget management of Visual Merchandising lines

KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

 

  • Advanced degree in marketing communications or economical degree
  • 1-2 years expertise in product management or retail/Channel marketing

MISSION

Vous avez pour mission d’initier et de mettre en œuvre des actions de communication interne, et plus particulièrement de garantir la communication relative aux projets spéciaux et événements (plan stratégique, plan de transformation de l’Entreprise, Reyers 2020, séminaires, etc.) ainsi que la gestion quotidienne des contenus. Vous veillez également à alimenter les outils de communication existants en tenant compte de leur fonction spécifique et de leur complémentarité tout en étant force de proposition afin de mener à bien des projets de communication interne.

Au sein de la Direction générale des Ressources Humaines, vous rapportez au Responsable de la RTBF Academy, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe de la communication interne.

 

PROFIL

  • Master en Communication (ou équivalent par expérience) ;
  • Expérience professionnelle probante dans le domaine du web ainsi qu’une expérience de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Expérience en organisation et gestion d’évènements et de changements constitue un atout;
  • Très bonne connaissance des TIC (Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication) ;

RAISONS D’ETRE:

  • Responsible for all employee related policies, practices and guidance for employees and manager population, reports to the CEO DEF Network Northern Europe and the International HR Manager of the DEF Network.
  • This role will directly support Regional Managers from the Netherlands and Germany to ensure adherence to local and national labor legislation in accordance with the DEF Network strategy.
  • Responsible for the internal and external communication actions aligned with the DEF Network strategy and company policy.
  • Responsible for the elaboration of the Communication plans in close cooperation with the CEO’s.

ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES :

  • Align the HR strategy for the region with the global strategy of DEF Network.
  • Elaborate and up-date HR politics in line with the HR strategy for the DEF Network.
  • Evaluate current policies and procedures, and up-date when necessary in order to increase efficiency.
  • Create new policies and procedures in function of the needs of the companies.
  • Coordinate with the managers to schedule new hire orientations in line with the year budget. Responsible for recruitments actions.
  • Support Managers in the elaboration of the annual training plan.
  • Give advice regarding training (tools, centers, methods, technics…).
  • Follow-up the annual evaluations of the teams in the defined region. Give feedback to the Managers when needed.
  • Keep the International HR Manager and the CEO informed about on-going processes.
  • Keep track of important issues and opportunities in the different HR scopes (recruitment, L&D, Comp&Ben…).
  • Keep organization charts up to date for the defined region.
  • Give advice to Managers regarding possible changes in their organizational structure.
