For our Spirits Sales & Marketing Team, we are looking for a Brand Manager.

Develop & be the key driver for implementation of the internal spirits marketing plan to engage our employees to bring the growth in the premium spirits category Develop & support brand plans and programs to bring ambitious growth in the PREMIUM SPIRITS category. Bring brand identity to life through creative & disruptive brand campaigns on both consumer & shopper level.
Develop shopper strategy and shopper marketing plans to deliver business growth, in collaboration with key customers, account, catman, Insights and Field sales, to steer plans & feed into account plans; deliver in-market with excellent execution and take full accountability on execution of key marketing initiatives.

STRATEGY: Support Strategic Brand Direction

Support development of short and/or long-term brand plans answering to the brand strategy of different spirits brand by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. in order to support spirits portfolio and brand growth targets.

CONSUMER: IMC Development

Translate brand identity & direction into the right consumer/shopper communication & activations for more developed brands and develop creative & disruptive marketing initiatives to drive brand relevance of small / new brands in the portfolio
Ensure agreed plan execution in most appropriate channels on time & on budget. Continually monitor performance of key communication channels
Develop and communicate written briefs for use by IMC team/ Agencies or Suppliers
Analyze effectiveness of executed plan & competitor activity, derive learnings and modify plan to optimize performance against objectives

SHOPPER: Shopper marketing strategy & implementation

Understand the P2P for spirits to influence shopping behavior in the relevant spirits environments. Develop the shopper &consumer marketing plans per environment & develop the plans on events & coordinate implementation with different internal departments (eg. shopper marketing Home & Cold, RGM for promotions, digital shopper marketing, category development, insights, sales operations, field sales Cold & Home, Account Management Home & Cold)

EXECUTION: Ensure perfect implementation

Responsible for communication of shopper activations to field sales, account teams & customers: provide clarity of what « Look of Success » looks like for field sales execution. Provide easy to use sales tools / selling stories to field sales. Collect feedback from field on shopper marketing activities. Hands-on management on key marketing initiatives.

Kwalificaties

  • A Master degree or equal by experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG (preferably spirits)
  • Self-starter and team player/leader
  • Hands-on

  • Experience in drawing up and translating brand, channel and shopper plans

Digital communication specialist – Canon

The Digital Communications Specialist will assist in and coordinate the planning, development and delivery of all B2C and B2B marketing communication services in order to support our businesses and operations.

These services are including internal communications, influencer relations, content management, delivering campaigns and events, managing social media communities and many others.

Working with the Manager Corporate Communications & Marketing Services and key stakeholders from across the business to plan, implement and measure campaigns and other marketing communications activity that directly support the business objectives. Manage brief, content, creative and budget processes until delivery and reporting.

Adaptation and localization of pan-European campaigns and content and creation of local tactical campaigns and content.

Coordinate and deliver editorial plan (internal & external communications) and secure on-time distribution of internal/external content.

Manage Social /UGC/Community channels and public websites.
Relationship management of journalists and (media) influencers.

Preparing and running of local events and activations.

Brand & visual identity guardian (creative & content approval process).

Daily screening of sponsoring / partnership requests.

Supports the Manager Corporate Communications & Marketing Services in overall planning and administration tasks and implemented processes

Bachelor / Master in PR, Communication or Digital Marketing or equivalent by experience

Min. 3 year experience in a similar role.

High level of fluency in written and verbal French, Dutch and English

Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.

Experienced with working in process driven organizations.

Self-motivated, passionate about imaging / brand.
Capable of coordinating multiple projects in multiple disciplines at once.

Basic knowledge of Adobe CS, HTML and CMS application would be an interesting asset.

Prioritizing and staying focused under time pressure.
